We can proudly inform you that we only purchase beans from the highest quality & purity level. Without exception, these beans are subjected to a highly demanding process with every delivery. For this we take a sample from each batch, roast it by hand & assess: Appearance, taste & quality after processing. Only when each bean has passed the quality standards in this process, the batch is released for production.
This process is carried out exclusively by the master roaster, Roberto Veronesi, personally. In contrast to the Single Origin method, you will receive from us exclusively a coffee blend. This allows to eliminate negative characteristics that each coffee bean possesses with the positive characteristics of another variety. The result is an exquisite, wholesome & unique caffé from the Veronesi family roastery, in Bagnolo in Piano - Northern Italy.
